Ink Blood Sister Scribe by Emma Törzs

I don’t read a lot of fantasy. My brain usually just doesn’t bend that way. But somehow I plucked this from my Book of the Month subscription, and I’m so glad that I did! It’s at times creepy but always magical and often deeply romantic.

Bonus—part of the book takes place in Vermont! But I loved every single setting. This book has it all.
